For some time my coach has been saying that whatever is holding you back shows up when you try to move forward.

It has finally has set into me that it is true.

The week of Valentine's Day I wrote about being Ready For Love.

I sang on my video the song of the same name.

The same day that the blog published I received an email from someone out of my past.  ASAP message.

I didn't realize until today that they came out the same day.

I almost fell into the I miss you trap. 

So for 12 days I have been going round and round with myself about do I or don't I.

After much prayer and mediation this morning  I said to myself and to them I don't.

What has been holding me back from Love is me.  I needed to let the past go.  I will celebrate keeping myself for 19 months this month.  It is only by God's GRACE and MERCY that I have been able to do this.

When we face the demons that come up in our lives they can no longer hold us back.

 Those demons can be our credit, debt, finances, lifestyle or relationships.

How you choose to deal with them determines if they will continue to hold you back.

These demons may show their ugly head again and again until you are nolonger subjected to them.  Don't let them hold you back when they show up.
