I attended a convention this summer.
While I was there I was having a discussion about credit and finacial problems that many people are experiencing right now. I was told about a woman who had on a $200 hat. It was newly purchased. What was disturbing was the fact that she had just lost her home to foreclosure.
Depending on where you live and how many foreclosures are being processed you can still live in your home for up to a year. However at some point you will need to find a new residence. Your options are some what limited (family/friends/rental).
Renting you will need your first month and deposit upon moving in if your renting. The whole process of moving is very expensive.
Your residency should be a major priority. Shopping for the latest fashion should be far from the top of your list.
Whatever the circumstances regarding your foreclosure it should be an eye opening experience when you lose your home. The opportunity to save some money while you look for a new place and before the sheriffs auction will go very fast.
You must decided if you are going to change how you do things right now. So what are your priorities??
