I have recently been working on cleaning up my email.  It has taken me several days to unsubscribe to all the companies that have my email address.

It was shocking how many I had signed up with over the years.

It got me to thinking about how can you stay on track with your credit, budget and sanity with all the things bombarding you each day. 

Over a week I counted one company sent me 10 emails including coupons and reminders of when their sale would be over. 

In order to keep yourself from being tempted from all this madness you need to unsubscribe to getting the emails.  With the Christmas season already at hand.  The emails will come more and more frequent.  Sales will becoming every week. 

If you can't handle the pressure from all the tempting ads take action now. 

Avoid feeling guilty when you succumb to buying what you don't need. 

You may experience some withdrawal symptoms for a couple of days but you will survive.   Unsubscribe right now.
