I believe in building your wealth.
So I have had a few properties of my own.
Finding the properties is the easy part.
The lessons along the way if you go in blind can be a real money pit.
There are a few lessons I have learned over the years about having investment property.
First don't believe everything that you see on t.v.
They make it look easy but it's not that easy.
Second don't manage your own properties.
Let a professional realtor do that for you. It saves you some big headaches.
Third don't take all the equity out of the property.
The goal is to pay off the property. When you sell it the liquidation is much easier.
