Love is in the air for this Happy Valentine's Day.

Men are buying flowers and candy for Valentine's Day gifts.

You may go out to dinner for Valentine's Day.

You may get engaged today for Valentine's Day.

You may share your wedding vows today for Valentine's Day.

I have another thought about a gift you can give to your mate for Valentine's Day.

Take the money you are going to spend on jewelry,flowers, candy, wine, dinner,movies, or whatever you do to celebrate your love.

Pay on a credit card, installment agreement, mortgage, IRA or put the money in a savings account for Valentine's Day.

Show your love by becoming debt free for Valentine's Day.

He or She will thank you later when the pressure is gone from the debt.

You could prepare a meal together to celebrate Valentine's Day.

It's always cheaper to prepare a meal at home.

You could rent a movie and pop popcorn as your entertainment for Valentine's day.

Don't get me wrong I love the flowers and candy for Valentine's day or any day.

I like to be wined and dined.

Having money for a vacation later is much better than spending a few dollars today and going nowhere later.

Having no bills is so much sexier than the collectors calling, past due notices in the mail or email.

Having money in your savings for retirement is so much sexier than having to work until your 80.
