Happy St. Patrick's Day

When this day comes along I always think about the Leprechaun and the pot of gold.

As a child I wore green so that I didn't get pinched.

As a adult I pulled out money or pinned a dollar to my shirt to show I had on green for the day.

After several conversations with people about their credit. 

 Many people go buy a car or home buying thinking that the Leprechaun will show up and they will get lucky enough to make a large purchase.

It got me to thinking about how many people do not know their credit score.

Not only do they not know their credit score they get ready to make the purchase with no money saved or plan to payoff the debt.

You can not make an intelligent decision regarding a purchase if you don't know your credit score.

You also need to have money set aside for your down payment.

Going to the table hoping for the pot of gold will leave you disappointed.
