I was reading the Sunday School lesson for Aug. 1. The title was if it ain't one thing it's another.
The woman in the story had a series of things go wrong in a day. Her car broke down, her son was sick (urgent care/prescription), and her lights were turned off. She contemplated spending her tithe money in order to pay any of these necessary expenses. In the end she had money to moved around for her sons medical bill and she paid her tithes. The car and lights had to wait.

I was reading an article on MSN.com it had 40 ways to save money. They had some interesting tips on how to save.

Directv has a commerical about having a 140 movie channels.
As I watched it got me to thinking about going to a seminar last summer.
The instructor was asking people how many televisions do you have in your home. One woman said she had a flat screen in every room. I can't imagine having that many tv's in my home, but it does bring me to think of how many movies can I watch at a time.
