With Christmas just days away.
You may be feeling some buyer's remorse.
Buyer's remorse is a sense of regret after
you have made a purchase.
Realizing that you were out shopping on
emotion instead of logic.
Many people go out and rake up credit
card debt.
Or spend all that they have not thinking about the bills to come.
Your thought may be that you will get a holiday loan from your expected income tax
refund.
Or you think that you will catch up on your bills when you get your income tax refund.
However, this year the tax season will start much later than January 15th.
So refunds won't start being release until sometime in February.
If you have small children you don't have to go out to spend thousands of dollars to make
them happy.
A few toys and clothes will be just fine.
The best gift that you can give anyone is the gift of Jesus Christ.
My challenge to you today is to look at what you purchased for this holiday.
Ask yourself did you buy things to please you or for the person in which the gift is meant.
You don't want to wake up after Christmas with buyer's remorse realizing that you have
spent too much.
Many of us want to make up for when we didn't have many resources.
Once those bills come due then we start to feel buyer's remorse.
You can change that today by planning your spending for Christmas and any major
purchase.
Buyer's remorse can come from additional areas of your life.
You can feel buyer's remorse from a relationship.
You can feel buyer's remorse from a job change.
You can feel buyer's remorse from a new apartment or purchasing a home.
To avoid this feeling you have to look at the big picture not at just the present moment.
Are you feeling buyer's remorse???
